Worked as a Software engineer in IFS ERP application support for North American region IFS customers. My main responsibilities were to investigate and resolve software flaws that are related to Supply Chain, and Manufacturing areas in IFS Applications.
• Interact with North America Customers and handle escalated issues.
• Analyze and evaluate the customer needs and provide solutions.
• Good knowledge in PL/SQL Programming, debugging PL/SQL packages, and executing database scripts using Oracle PL/SQL developer.
• Debugging, testing, fixing errors and creating bug fixes for the customers within the quality standards of the customers.
• Identify performance issue throughout the application and create solutions for the performance issue.
• Sending out deliveries and creating data repair scripts.
• Providing guidance to the IFS customers on application customizations.
